Stephen M. Worsham, Esq.
Stephen M. Worsham, Esq.
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, but having resided in the Tullahoma area for more than 60 years, Steve has been a partner in the firm for more than 50 years. His practice has evolved from general practice including almost every type of legal matter to a concentration in the areas of Municipal law, Estate Planning including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Living Trusts, etc., Real Property law, Transactional law (contracts, etc.); and Estate Administration and Probate.
He is admitted to practice in all trial courts in Tennessee, but his practice is generally limited to the counties of Coffee, Moore, Bedford, Franklin, Warren, Lincoln, Grundy, and in addition to the probate courts of Davidson County and Hamilton County. He also has practiced before the Tennessee Supreme Court and before the Federal Court in the Eastern District of Tennessee. He has appeared in the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court several times and has several reported cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court. He served as the City Attorney for the City of Tullahoma for over 40 years, and is currently serving as City Attorney.

Originally from Laurel, Mississippi, and now residing in Manchester, Tennessee, Mike has been a partner in the firm since 1998 practicing primarily in the field of domestic relations, personal injury, and criminal litigation. Mike has a vast experience in family and juvenile law handling divorces, child custody and visitation matters, support issues, adoptions and juvenile dependency and neglect/termination cases. He has handled numerous domestic relations cases in trial courts throughout Middle Tennessee, as well as at the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Mike has been practicing law since 1990 and is also knowledgeable in the areas of civil litigation and real estate law.

Originally from Tullahoma, Tennessee, and now residing in Lynchburg, Tennessee, Terry began practicing law in 1986 in the law firm of Attorney Sam Sawyer located in Tullahoma, Tennessee. In 1992, he joined the law firm of Robertson and Worsham, which is now the law firm of Robertson, Worsham, Gregory, Giffin & Hoskins, PLLC. Terry has extensive experience in the area of Bankruptcy and filing Chapter 7s and Chapter 13s. Terry also has experience in the area of real estate law and personal injury. Terry was elected to the position of Moore County General Sessions/Juvenile Court Judge in Lynchburg, Tennessee, in 2004 and to this day, Terry serves as the Moore County General Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge. In January 2011, Terry was appointed to serve as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Tennessee, and he still currently serves as such.

Family
Terry and his family enjoy camping, Tennessee Titans and University of Tennessee football, and Nashville Predators Hockey. Terry and his wife, Rhonda, have two sons: John, who is attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tenn., and Robert, who is attending Moore County High School in Lynchburg, Tenn. Terry and his family are members of the County Line Church of Christ in Lynchburg, Tennessee.

Brittany was raised in Lynchburg, Tennessee and has resided in the surrounding areas of Tennessee all of her life. She has a Criminal Law and Family Law practice, handles Personal Injury cases, and conducts Estate Planning, such as Wills, Trusts, Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney. In addition, our firm represents the City of Tullahoma, and Brittany handles legal work for the city. Her practice is generally limited to the counties of Coffee, Franklin, Moore, Lincoln, Grundy, and Bedford.
Brittany attended undergrad at Motlow State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University, where she majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science and graduated with two degrees, with honors. Brittany then attended Belmont University College of Law, where she also graduated with honors. She interned for the District Attorney’s office in Rutherford County for several years prior to becoming an employee there, where she prosecuted homicide cases. Brittany was also employed at the District Attorney’s office in Coffee County before beginning her private practice and joining our law firm in 2015. In 2022, she was promoted to Law Partner at our firm, and our firm name was changed to Roberston, Worsham, Gregory, Giffin, & Hoskins, PLLC.

Brittany is married to her high school sweetheart, Billy Hoskins, of Coffee County, Tennessee. Together, they reside on their 15 acre farm in Estill Springs, Tennessee with their three children, Braylee (4), Baylor (3), and Brynna (2), and two yorkies, Hank and Henry. Brittany is a lover of all things outdoors and is a devoted biker and runner. She and her family are members of First Baptist Church of Manchester.
